These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoverLead (the “Service”), operated by Roverlead (“RoverLead,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

RoverLead is a self-serve lead intelligence and lead management platform designed to help users identify and organise potential prospects using public-facing signals, matching logic, and workflow features.

2) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.

  • You’re responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Early access / beta

If the Service (or features) are labelled “alpha,” “beta,” “early access,” or similar:

  • Features may change, be removed, or be discontinued.

  • Availability and performance are not guaranteed.

  • You may encounter bugs or downtime.

  • You use early access features at your own risk.

4) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Plans, pricing, and billing cycles are shown at checkout or in your account.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by RoverLead in writing.

  • We may change pricing/features with notice; changes apply on renewal unless law requires otherwise.

5) Your responsibilities (compliance)

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

  • Comply with all applicable laws for outreach and marketing (including UK GDPR/GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and other local laws).

  • Ensure your messaging and use of exported data is compliant and appropriate.

  • Maintain any required notices, lawful bases, and opt-out mechanisms for your outreach.

You are responsible for how you contact leads and what you send them.

6) Acceptable use (no abuse)

You must not:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful activity.

  • Violate third-party terms (including LinkedIn or other platforms) in connection with your use of the Service.

  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing product from the Service.

  • Attempt to bypass limits, scrape RoverLead, or interfere with the Service.

  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7) Third-party platforms and changes

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and providers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, policies, enforcement actions, or changes that affect the Service.

8) Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Important: RoverLead may store and process lead profile data (e.g., name, role, company, LinkedIn URL, and related fields) to provide the Service. You remain responsible for your use of that data and any outreach you conduct.

9) Intellectual property

  • We own the Service, software, UI, branding, and related materials.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Service.

10) Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We do not guarantee results (reply rates, meetings, revenue, pipeline).

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

  • Signals, matching, and suggested openers may be incomplete or inaccurate.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, profits, data, business interruption).

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you’re on a free plan).

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury from negligence).

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RoverLead from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Service,

  • your outreach activities or content,

  • your breach of these Terms, or

  • your violation of law or third-party rights/terms.

14) Suspension and termination

  • You can cancel anytime in your account (effective end of billing period unless stated otherwise).

  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or create legal/security risk.

  • Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
